Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Stuart was a theatrical performer, director, producer and manager. Consequently, he gravitated to entertainment and copyright law, where he has done contract work and litigation in various mass media settings, including music and book publishing. As a real estate lawyer, his experience includes conveying, mortgaging and leasing condominiums, cooperatives, houses and commercial space. He has an active regulatory practice that includes licensing, suspension and revocation hearings, with an emphasis on medical practitioners and health care facilities.
