Olivia has counseled and represented public and private companies, investment banks, and sovereigns. She previously worked in the Capital Markets and Latin America groups at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. At Cleary, Olivia led multi-billion dollar transactions for public and private companies, including initial public and secondary equity offerings, SPACs, registered debt and equity securities offerings, private placements of debt, and debt tender offers. She also advised clients on regulatory obligations and compliance with corporate governance matters, and maintained a robust pro bono practice relating to international human rights and asylum cases.  Olivia served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith C. McCarthy in the Southern District of New York, and to the Honorable Cathy L. Waldor in the District of New Jersey. She is a graduate of Berkeley Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the California Law Review.
